By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has sought quashing and setting aside the notice / attachment Order dated 17th February, 2025 issued by the Respondent No.2 to the Respondent No.1 on the

ground that the same is unlawful, and ultra vires the Uttar Pradesh Trade Tax Act, 1948.

We have heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. On the previous date, when the matter has come up, we had directed vide Order dated 3rd December, 2025, the concerned officer Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh - the Assistant Collector, Commercial Tax, Division - 25, Kanpur, Vanijya Kar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh - 208 024 to remain present. Pursuant to the said Order dated 3rd December, 2025, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, is present in Court today. 3.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, the Assistant Collector, Commercial Tax, Division - 25 states that he is withdrawing the impugned notice / attachment Order dated 17th February, 2025. The statement is accepted.

In view of the above statement, and Respondent No.1 having de-freezed the account bearing No.00000030115952797 maintained by the Petitioner, the Petition itself has been worked out.

Accordingly, we dispose of the present Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
