We have heard the learned Advocate for the respective sides. Perused the contents of the Interim Application dated 7.5.2025. The affidavit in reply has been filed by the Respondent No. 4, though belatedly, on 7th May, 2025.

In view of the above, the Interim Application is allowed and the order of issuance of bailable warrant dated 28.4.2025, is recalled. 3.
At the request of the Respondent No. 4, as a last chance, list this Petition on the supplementary board on 10th December, 2025 for disposal.
