6.
Insofar as, Writ Petition No.710 of 2023 is concerned, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that there is an overlapping prayer in this Petition vis-a-vis Writ Petition No.1255 of 2025, which has now been disposed off. Insofar as, compensation is concerned, the Petitioner would make an application in a pending Public Interest Litigation ('PIL'), in which such order was passed.
7.
In view of the above, Writ Petition No.710 of 2023 is also disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions. 8.
In the event, the Petitioner approaches the appropriate Court in the pending PIL, all contentions are kept open. (ASHWIN D. BHOBE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
