1] After hearing the learned counsel for the parties for sometime, we deem it appropriate to direct the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the request made by the Petitioner on 16/12/2024 in the matter of seeking survey for plot demarcation of the subject property, issuance of an independent Property Card for the said property and entering its name in the Property Card as owner.

2] To facilitate consideration of this request, the Petitioner through its representative shall appear in the office of the Respondent No.2 on 22/04/2025. The office of the Collector, within a period of ten days from the date of appearance, shall indicate the requirement of any further documents in support of the application dated 16/12/2024. Thereafter, subject to all such documents being supplied, the Petitioner's BDP-SPS 1/2

2 20 WP1271-2025.doc request as contained in the application dated 16/12/2024 shall be considered in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of ten weeks from the supply of such documents. 3] Keeping all the contentions of parties on merits open, the writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
