Mr. Ghadigaokar, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.3 today sought time to file Affidavit in Reply. 2.

This was opposed by Mr. Godbole, Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, who submitted that Respondent No.3 has been served in April, 2025 and yet not filed Affidavit in Reply. He submitted that the Petitioner is aggrieved by the stop work notice and grave prejudice has been caused to the Petitioner in view of delay in execution of the project. 3.

However since today Respondent No.3 has entered appearance. We grant one last chance to Respondent No.3 to file an Affidavit in Reply. Let the same be filed on or before 5.00 p.m. of 30th June 2025. 4.
