The above Writ Petition makes a limited grievance that the Rectification Applications filed by the Petitioner for A.Ys. 2017-18 to 2019-20 pending before the 1st Respondent are not yet disposed of. The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Revenue, on instructions, stated that the Rectification Applications of the Petitioner for A.Ys. 2017-18 to 2019-20 shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of 6 weeks from today.

We accept the statement made by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Revenue and dispose of the above Writ Petition by accepting the said statement as an undertaking given to the Court. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Though we have disposed of the above Writ Petition, we place it on board for 'reporting compliance' on 26th August 2025. 5.
