Although the Petition was disposed off vide order dated 24th March 2025, the same was kept today for recording compliance of the same i.e. for ensuring whether disbursement as granted by this Court to the Petitioner was paid or not.

We are informed that the Petitioner has received Rs.30,000/- from the Government. We are also informed that the Petitioner has delivered a full term baby and that she has decided to keep the child.
