P.C.:- 1) In view of the deliberation in the Court yesterday i.e. on 15th April, 2025 and the assurance given by Mr. Singh, learned Advocate for the Petitioners that, for breach of the Undertaking dated 21st March, 2025 and the Orders passed thereof dated 20th March, 2025 and 21st March, 2025, the Petitioner No.1 Mr. Neelesh Yadav will pay a cost of Rs.7,50,000/- to the Advocates' Association of Western India Generation Next Fund, Mumbai on or before 2.30 p.m. of 16th April, 2025, Mr. Singh tendered across the bar a 1/2

ssm 1-wp1374.2025.doc photocopy of preacipe dated 16th April, 2025 along with receipt dated 16th April, 2025 issued by Advocates' Association of Western India for a sum of Rs.7,50,000/- indicating that the Petitioner No.1 Mr. Neelesh Yadav has deposited the said amount with the said Welfare Fund. The said photocopies are taken on record.

2) Learned counsel for the Respondent No.5 on instructions submitted that, the Petitioner No.1 has handed over the vacant and peaceful possession of the suit structure to the Respondent No.5. That, the Respondent No.5 will adopt necessary steps for demolition of the said structure. In view thereof, the Petitioner No.1 has complied with the directions issued by this Court on 15th April, 2025. 3) Remove from board.
