The Petitioner is a private individual who alleges that Mr. Abhishek Talshilkar, a builder and developer, has defrauded her by demolishing her old structure and falsely promising to allot her four rooms in the redevelopment of the said property, namely 'Moreshwar Damodar Patil House'. The grievance is that a structure has now been erected, resulting in loss of air and light to the Petitioner.

The alleged defrauder, Mr. Abhishek Talshilkar, has not been arrayed as a Respondent. The dispute also appears to pertain to private land / immovable property between the Petitioner and a private individual.

Keeping open all rights of the Petitioner in a Civil Suit to be lodged before the appropriate Civil Court, this Petition is disposed off.
