The Petitioner, vide Application dated 15 April 2022, has applied for amendment to the Shipping Bills filed under Section 149 of the Customs Act, 1962. Till date, this Application has not been disposed of.

Accordingly, we requested Mr Mishra to appear in this matter. Upon hearing him, we direct the 1st Respondent to dispose of the Petitioner's Application dated 15 April 2022, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event within four weeks from the uploading of this order, after hearing the Petitioner.
