The above Writ Petition was disposed of by order dated 14th October, 2025. By the said order, we had given certain directions, as more particularly, set out in paragraph 33 of the said order. 2.

Today, when the matter is called out, Mr. Mistri, the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner fairly stated that the directions in the order dated 14th October, 2025, save and except, some small component of interest has been complied with. In view of the aforesaid statement made by Mr. Mistri, we find our order dated 14th October, 2025 is substantially complied with. We accordingly find no further orders are now necessary, since the Writ Petition was already disposed of by our order dated 14th October, 2025. 4.
