Heard Mr. Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Lad, learned counsel appearing for MHADA and Ms. Patil, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.5 and 6 - Developer. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 and 6 submits that copy of the petition has not been served, however, that may not be necessary in view of the limited relief that is prayed for by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there Modified vide order dated 24th March 2026
LSP 2 911 wpl 31011. 2025 speaking.doc is a dispute pending since the year 2020 the details of which are set out in the representation dated 2nd July 2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the representation dated 2nd July 2024 is looked into by the MHADA and the same can be taken to its logical conclusion expeditiously.

Accordingly, the petitioner to remain present before the Committee appointed under the Chairmanship of Deputy Chief Officer on 18th March 2026 at 11.00 a.m. The Developer may also remain present along with copy of this order. The Dy. Chief Officer is requested to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take necessary decision thereafter expeditiously in any case within a period of 6 weeks from that date.

Keeping all the contentions open, the writ petition is disposed of.
