Our attention is invited to the complaint made by the petitioner to the Deputy Registrar of Societies, MHADA, Bandra East with a request for cleaning debris in Neel Gagan Building No.4, Sitladevi Temple Road, D. N. Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai-400053. The complaint was made as far back on 11/06/2024. Looking at the nature of the complaint, we direct the

Bhogale 39.wp-1560-2026.odt Deputy Registrar of Societies, MHADA to look into the complaint dated 11/06/2024 and initiate appropriate action on the basis of the grievance made by the petitioner. The Deputy Registrar of Societies, MHADA may depute his staff to conduct a site inspection in view of the allegations made in the complaint and based on such report appropriate action be initiated. Let such action be taken within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
