On 28th July, 2025 we had passed an order after hearing the learned counsel for the parties whereby we directed that the Stop Work notice shall remain stayed subject to the Petitioners depositing with the SRA an amount of Rs.5,00,00,000/- (Rupees Five Crores Only) which shall be without prejudice to Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

However, on accepting the contentions as made on behalf of the Petitioners, we permitted such amount to be deposited in this Court. In pursuant thereto Mr. Tamboly, learned counsel for the Petitioner has presented before the Court a pay order of an amount of Rs.2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Only) issued in favour of the Prothonotary and Senior Master of High Court, Original Side, Bombay to be deposited by tomorrow i.e. on 8th August, 2025. In so far as the balance amount of Rs.3,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crores Only) is concerned, the Petitioners seek a further time to deposit the said amount.
In the meantime he states that one flat, the description of which is set out in the Agreement for Sale dated 29 th June, 2024, a copy of which is placed on record shall not be dealt by all Petitioner in any manner whatsoever. We accept the said statement of Mr. Tamboly. He submits that the balance amount accordingly is being arranged and the same would be deposited in this Court and/or the directions of this Court complied. 2.
Accordingly we extend time by two weeks to enable the Petitioner to deposit the amount or by furnishing a Bank Guarantee as ordered. 3.
We accordingly list the proceedings on 18th August, 2025, High on Board.

We permit the Petitioner to deposit the Bank Draft of Rs.2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Only) by tomorrow, i.e. on 8th August, 2025 till 5.00 p.m. (ARIF S. DOCTOR, J.) (G. S. KULKARNI, J.) Sajakali Jamadar
