A praecipe is moved for speaking to minutes of order dated 24/03/2026. Learned counsel for respondents no.2 & 3 submits that as there are typographical error, the following corrections are required to be made in the said order.

(i) Substitution of the word 'MHADA', in place of the words 'High Powered Committee' in paragraphs no. 5 and 6. (ii) Deletion of words 'constituted under Development Control Regulation 33(9)" in paragraph no. 5.
