Representation-cum-Complaint is made by the petitioner to the Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies H-West Ward. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the society that such a complaint before the Deputy Registrar is not maintainable and the Deputy Registrar has no authority to look into the complaint and/or grant the reliefs prayed for by the petitioner. 2.
In this Petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the Deputy Registrar Co-operative Societies H-West Ward to decide the representation dated 25th January 2025.

The objection of the Society that the Deputy Registrar is not empowered to grant any of the requests made by the petitioner will obviously be considered by the Deputy Registrar. We therefore, direct the Deputy Registrar to look into the complaint dated 25th January 2025 made by the petitioner and inform the petitioner the out come within a period of 8 weeks from today. 4.
It is open for the society to make an appropriate representation to the Deputy Registrar raising objections in response to the complaint dated 25th January 2025. 5.
All contentions of the parties are kept open. The Petition is disposed of.
