We are of the opinion that some of the parties would be adversely affected if orders are passed on this petition, who needs to be impleaded as parties, who are occupants of Flat No. 306, 505, 603 and 706. The names of the parties are known to the petitioner as seen from the representation dated 4 November, 2024 (Page no. 18-A of the petition).

In this view of the matter, let these parties be impleaded as respondents to the petition. Leave to amend. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. Amended copy of the petition be served on the added respondents. We shall hear the parties on the adjourned date of hearing. 3.
