Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 has tendered an affidavit of compliance of the Respondent No.1-Mr. Milind Shenoy, Deputy Secretary Minority Development Department, Mumbai. 2.
In paragraph 2 of the said compliance affidavit, it is stated that the hybrid system of hearing in the Wakf Tribunal at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar is made operational from 4th August 2025. It is further 1/3
stated that the Respondent No.1 has made all technical arrangements and all care has been taken to make this link operational during all working days.

It is further stated that the Video Conferencing link is published on the website of the Minorities Development Department i.e., www.mdd.maharashtra.gov.in.The compliance report is of 4th August 2025.

At this stage, Ms. Gonsalves, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2, i.e., the Maharashtra Wakf Tribunal ('Tribunal') states that a post needs to be created for 'System Administrator'. She further states that a separate website for the Tribunal needs to be launched since, currently, the Tribunal is using the website of Minorities Development Department, for providing link. 5.
She further states that there are other facilities that are required for hybrid hearing and the State of Maharashtra ought to provide the same to the Tribunal.

Mr. Chavan, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1, seeks time to take instructions. Time granted. 2/3

On his request, stand over to 6th August 2025 on the Supplementary Board at 3.00 pm.

In the meantime, we request the Tribunal to publish Video Conferencing link on the cause-list, which is being published on hard copy.
