In view of the grievance raised by Ms. Gonsalves, that the link has not been provided till date, as a result of which, VC facility cannot be made available to the parties appearing before the Waqf Wakodikar 1/2

2-wp-1731-2025.doc Tribunal, Mr. Chavan states that on the Tribunal creating the link, the State Government will take immediate steps to ensure that the said link is made available. Statement accepted.

The same to be done within one week from today. 3.

Learned Counsel for the respondent No.1 has tendered an additional affidavit on behalf of the said respondent. The same is taken on record and a copy thereof, is served on the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the other respondents. The said affidavit elaborates the status of the work done till date. 4.
