Leave to amend to incorporate an additional prayer for directing respondent no. 1 to adjudicate the complaints of the petitioners dated 7 January, 2025 and 22 May, 2025 as expeditiously as possible. Let the amendment be carried out forthwith. Copy of the amended petition be furnished to the learned AGP.

Although the relief which is prayed for is against respondent no. 1, who is not represented, considering the nature of the order, no prejudice would be caused to the SRA if we dispose of this petition with a direction to SRA to consider the representations/complaints of the petitioners dated 7 January 2025 and 22 May 2025 in accordance with law and after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as also the other interested parties, take an appropriate decision and communicate the same to the petitioners. Let this exercise be 17 June 2025
