The petition was disposed of by an order dated 13 May, 2025 passed by the Vacation Court. Today, an application is made on behalf of the original respondent nos. 4 & 5 that they have received substantial documents from MHADA as also from respondent no. 7. They need to respond to these documents by filing their reply, however, as the hearing is fixed today, they are unable to file reply and this would cause prejudice to them. 3.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties. In our opinion, it would be appropriate that some time is granted to the applicants to put in their reply to the materials which they have recently received. Let the reply be placed on record of the Competent officer on or before 18 June 2025 and a copy of the same be 13 June 2025
