The present petition can be disposed of by directing the General Manager (HR and ER)/Managing Director, Mazgaon Dock Shipbuilders Limited to dispose of the appeal which has been preferred by the petitioner against the punishment memorandum within a period of eight weeks from 2nd July 2025. 2.

The petitioner to place the copy of this order before the General Manager (HR and ER)/Managing Director on 2nd July 2025. The punishment imposed obviously shall be subject to the result of the appeal. The Petition is disposed of. Zeenat Pathan
