The above Writ Petition is filed seeking the following reliefs: "a) this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, ordering and directing the Respondents No. 1 to decide the appeals for A.Y. 2014-15 (Exhibit "B"), . . 2016-17 (Exhibit "F"), . . Α Υ Α Υ 2018-19 (Exhibit "L") and A.Y. 2020-21 (Exhibit "P") not later than within a period of three months from the date of the disposal of the present petition."

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that after the filing of the Petition, the Appeals for Assessment JULY 30, 2025 Mohite

129.1908.2025-wp.doc Year 2014-15, Assessment Year 2016-17 and Assessment Year 2018-19 have already been disposed of. The only Appeal that is now pending is for Assessment Year 2020-21.

Considering the limited relief that is sought, we dispose of the above Writ Petition by directing Respondent No.1 to dispose of the Petitioner's Appeal for Assessment Year 2020-21, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of 6 weeks from today. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

The Petitioner shall furnish a copy of this order to the jurisdictional Assessing Officer to enable him to forward the same to the concerned CIT (Appeals).
