Mr. Raichandani states that the issues raised in these Petitions are squarely covered by several decisions of this Court including Sundyne Pumps and Compressors India Pvt. Ltd. V/s. The Union of India (Writ Petition No. 15228 of 2023). He hands in the synopsis along with compilation of Judgments. A copy is already furnished to the learned counsel for the Respondents.

At the request of learned counsel for the Respondents, we place these matters on 30 September 2025. 4.

If the Respondents wish to file any reply, they may file and serve such replies by 24 September 2025, without seeking any extension. Ms. Chavan states that the

Respondents may consider filing of a short synopsis instead of a reply by 24 September 2025.
