Mr Naphade, based on instructions, seeks leave to AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV withdraw this Petition with liberty to raise all such contentions that have been raised in this Petition in response to the impugned show cause notice. He points out that in fact in the reply filed, such contentions have been raised and therefore, the Petitioner may be granted liberty to pursue such contentions.
