In pursuance of our order dated 11 August 2025, an affidavit of Mr. Rahul Jadhav, Assistant Engineer (Maintenance), S Ward, BMC, is placed on record. 2.

We are informed that the learned Single Judge has placed the Appeal From Order for hearing on 25 August 2025. We are also informed that an interim protection is granted in the Appeal From Order. Considering such information, we are of the opinion that the present proceedings need to await the orders which would be passed on the Appeals From Order.

Subject to the orders which would be passed in the Appeals From Order, we shall proceed to hear this proceedings. Accordingly, list the present proceedings on 2 September 2025. HOB.
