The present Writ Petition seeks a direction to the Deputy Registrar, 'A' Ward, Co-operative Societies, Respondent No.2 herein to exercise power and take action against Respondent No.3 and issue orders in accordance with the provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act and By Laws in the Application preferred by the Petitioner. 2.
