P.C.:- 1) This Petition impugns Order dated 24th May, 2024, passed by the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies (Inter-Service), Mumbai. A statutory remedy of Revision under Section 154(2)(a) of the MCS Act, 1960 is available to the Petitioner. Without availing the said statutory alternate remedy, the Petitioner has filed this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

2) Facing with the said difficulty, learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to avail the said alternate remedy as permissible in law and subject to provisions of limitation Act.
