The case of the petitioner is that respondent no.3 has undertaken unauthorised construction in the open space which was earlier demolished by the Municipal Corporation and again the same was reconstructed. The Assistant Municipal Commissioner, E-Ward, is directed to verify the exact position and place on record a reply affidavit as to why action was not taken if the construction was earlier demolished.
