Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks continuation of the interim relief granted by us vide order dated 13th June 2025 upto 30th July 2025. Since the Petitioners have already filed an Appeal before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Delhi and the NCLAT is seized with the matter, we are not inclined to grant the relief as sought for by the Petitioner.
