Parties state that they have amicably settled the dispute that is the subject matter of the present Writ Petition and have entered into the Consent Terms which contain the agreement that is arrived at between them. The Consent Terms dated 28th April 2026 are tendered in Court today. A perusal of the said Consent Terms reveal that the same are signed by the Petitioner and Respondent no. 2 - Society through its Secretary and also a member both of whom are stated to be authorised to execute the said Consent Terms. The undertakings contained in the said Consent Terms are accepted and treated as undertakings to this Court.

The present Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the said Consent Terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
