Parties state that they have amicably settled the dispute that is the subject matter of the present Writ Petition and have entered into the Consent Terms which contain the agreement that is arrived at between them. The Consent Terms dated 28th April 2026 are tendered in Court today. A perusal of the said Consent Terms reveal that the same are signed by the Petitioner and Respondent no. 2 - Society through its Secretary and also a member both of whom are stated to be authorised to execute the said Consent Terms. A copy of the Resolutions that AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV record the said authorisation are also annexed to the said Consent AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV Date: 2026.04.29 22:59:45 +0530 Terms. The said Consent Terms are also executed by the Advocates of ------------------------------------- Order dated 28th April 2026

901-WP-2253-2025 Lallubhai Amichand Vs. The Competent Authority both parties who identify their respective clients and signatories who are present in Court today. Considering this, the said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

The undertakings contained in the said Consent Terms are accepted and treated as undertakings to this Court.

The present Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the said Consent Terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
