The learned Advocate for the Corporation submits that the Petitioner has already responded to the first notice dated 14.10.2024 and has submitted a reply. In response to the second notice dated 31st October 2025, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has also submitted a reply in response to the said notice on 07th November, 2025. 2.
The learned Advocate for the Corporation submits, on instruction from Mr. Mayur A. Bhande, Junior Engineer (Maint) P/South, that both these replies in relation to the two notices, would be considered in accordance with the procedure applicable and a Rohit Ghuge - PA
