This matter was heard on 14th January, 2026 and the following order was dictated in the open Court :

1. The learned Advocate representing the CIDCO, Respondent nos.2 to 4, submits that the benefits of the Time Extension - (Amnesty Scheme) dated 12th January, 2024 have already been granted to the Petitioner. Accordingly, the Petition has been worked out.

2. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petition may be disposed off.

3. In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off.

Before we could sign the order and upload it, yesterday 15th January, 2026, being a Holiday, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner mentioned this matter today at 11.00 a.m. pointing out an urgency. Hence, this matter is taken on the production board. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner puts forth a request for further extension of time to complete the construction. The learned Advocate for the CIDCO submits that the Petitioner will have to make an independent application with requisite fees and CIDCO would consider the said application in accordance with the provisions applicable.

The litigating parties pray that the following paragraph be added to the order dated 14th January, 2026 :

In view of the above, if the Petitioner desires further extension of time for completing the construction, he would be at liberty to make an application along with requisite fees to be deposited and the said application would be considered by the CIDCO in accordance with the procedure and the rules applicable.

By consent, the order dated 14th January 2026, is being passed today, with the addition of paragraph no.4 as dictated above,

as under :

1. The learned Advocate representing the CIDCO, Respondent nos.2 to 4, submits that the benefits of the Time Extension - (Amnesty Scheme) dated 12th January, 2024 have already been granted to the Petitioner. Accordingly, the Petition has been worked out.

2. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petition may be disposed off.

3. In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off.

4. In view of the above, if the Petitioner desires further extension of time for completing the construction, he would be at liberty to make an application along with requisite fees to be deposited and the said application would be considered by the CIDCO in accordance with the procedure and the rules applicable.
