DATE:

P.C.

1.

We are of the clear opinion that the issue needs to be resolved. We are not impressed with the petitioners' contention that the sheds which are being provided for drying of the clothes as a temporary arrangement till permanent alternate accommodation is available to the petitioners is of such nature that it is not possible for the petitioners to use the said space. Mr. Soni, learned counsel for the petitioners is however of the opinion that in a meeting fixed between the parties the issues can be resolved. In fact, that would be a better resolution of the disputes.

2.

Dr. Sathe, learned senior counsel for respondent no.5 has also fairly stated that considering the monsoon season, his client would also provide fans to the petitioners for drying of clothes.

3.

Accordingly, stand over to 21 July 2025 (H.O.B.). 4.

Liberty to apply, in the event of urgency.
