Yesterday (9th September, 2025), we had passed an order in which we recorded that Petitioner Nos. 3, 5, 13, 14, 15 and 16 addressed a letter to Mr. Sharma, the learned Advocate for the petitioner, requesting him to be discharged from the present proceedings. Today Mr. Sharma states that two more Petitioners, namely, Petitioner Nos. 11 and 12 have also addressed a letter requesting him to take a Laxmi 1/2

Considering the order of the Court dated 9th September 2025, we have no alternative but to keep open all rights and contentions of Petitioner Nos. 11 and 12 and dispose of this Petition qua Petitioner Nos. 11 and 12. There names be accordingly deleted from the cause title. Liberty to Petitioner Nos. 11 and 12 to file appropriate proceedings as is permissible in law to assert their grievances as being canvassed in the present Petition.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the proceedings would now continue on behalf of 8 Petitioners, namely, Petitioner Nos. 1, 2, 4, 6 to 10 and 17. 3.

Amendment be accordingly carried out, time is extended up to 12th September 2025. Re-verification is dispensed with. 4.
