The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner tendered a draft amendment. The amendment sought is basically to substitute Respondent No.2. It is the case of the Petitioner that originally Respondent No.2 is the Assisting Assessment Unit, which is not the correct party and instead, it should be the Office of the Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Circle 2(1)(1), Mumbai.

Considering this is a formal amendment, we take the draft amendment tendered to the Court on record and mark it as "X" for identification. The Petitioner is permitted to carry out the amendment as per the draft handed in.
