In similar matters, we have relegated the Petitioner to reply to the show-cause notice by raising all permissible contentions, including the contention regarding delay in adjudication. We refer to our decision in M/s. BST Infratech Ltd vs. Union of India & Ors.1 in this regard. 3.

Accordingly, by following the same course, we decline to entertain this Petition but give the Petitioner opportunity to respond to the show-cause notice and raise all 2025 (11) TMI 265
