We have gone through the Consent Terms. We are satisfied that the Petition can be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The Petitioners as well as Respondent No.3 to abide by the terms of the Consent Terms.

The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocate for the Petitioners and the Advocate for the Respondent No.3, for the purpose of identification. The learned counsel for the Parties submitted that the Consent Terms are duly signed by Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.3 in their presence.

Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.
