5-WP-2496-2025.odt Rehabilitation Authority, Respondent Nos.2 to 5, submits that since Respondent No.6, the erstwhile Builder, has suffered a termination of Contract under Section 13(2) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971, with the Society, and since the Petitioner-Society has tendered a resolution by a majority of the members of the Society selecting Respondent No.7, the pending Application of the Petitioners seeking approval to the appointment of Respondent No.7, will be considered in accordance with the provisions applicable, and by ensuring that all the legal formalities are completed. A final order would be passed within six weeks on the said Application.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
