Although the aforesaid writ petitions were disposed of vide order dated 19th June 2025, the same were kept today, for recording compliance of the said order.

We are informed that the Hon'ble Minister, Food and Drugs Administration Department, has decided the appeal/s filed by 2/3

the aforesaid petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners in all the aforesaid petitions states that since the date on which the order will come in force is not mentioned in the order, he will file an appropriate application today by 3.00 p.m. seeking stay of the said order. 4.

Ms. Kantharia, learned Government Pleader states that if an application seeking stay as stated aforesaid is filed, the same will be decided forthwith. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by Ms. Kantharia, learned Government Pleader, no further orders. .
