This Writ Petition had come up on 8th September 2025 when none had appeared for the Petitioner. Accordingly, this Petition has been placed under the caption "For Dismissal" today. 2.
Today, the learned Counsel appears for the Petitioner. The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking directions to the Respondent No.2 to withdraw any instructions for withdrawal of the services in respect of Telephone No.8010525252 issued by them to the Respondent No.3 and the 1/2
JPP 3. WP 2508.2025.doc Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 be directed to forthwith restore the services of the said telephone connection.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3, who is the service provider in respect of the subject Telephone No.8010525252 states, on instructions, that vide e-mail dated 15th September 2025, issued by the Respondent No.3 to the Advocate for the Respondent No.3, and which is tendered and taken on record and marked 'X' for identification, that the usage limit restrictions on Mobile No.8010525252 have been removed and service is completely restored on 21st May 2025 and the outgoing services are completely functional. Reference has been made to the email dated 4th August 2025 wherein the status of outgoing and incoming call are shown as Active. The statement is accepted.

In view of the above statement which has been accepted by this Court, the present Writ Petition has been worked out, as the services in respect of the Telephone No.8010525252 have been restored by the Respondent No.3.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
