The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.6 submits, on instructions, that the Application dated 27/11/2024, would be considered strictly in accordance with the procedure and the law applicable and a reasoned order would be passed within such time as the Hon'ble Court may direct.

The Petitioner and Respondent No. 6 consent that the Petitioner would appear before Respondent No.6 in his office at 11.00 am, on 8th October, 2025.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. 5.
Respondent No.6 shall deal with the said Application by following the due procedure laid down in law granting a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner. Let this exercise be completed and a reasoned order be passed preferably on or before 30th November, 2025.
