Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. The Respondent - SRA although served is not represented. We find that there are several prayers which are made in the Petition. However, learned counsel for the Petitioner has confined the prayers as made in the Petition, only to the extent that the application of the Petitioner for a Letter of Intent (LOI) to be issued, be considered and be decided expeditiously by Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in accordance with law. 3.

Any decision regarding the Letter of Intent (LOI) is required to be taken in accordance with law and only after hearing all concerned parties. 4.

We accordingly dispose of this Petition directing Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to process the application of the Petitioner for LOI as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of 6 weeks from today and in accordance with law. 6.
