By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks the following prayers:

"a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order and direction directing the quashing of the entire Tender process initiated by the Respondents vide Tender document dated 24th June, 2025 being Ex.C in respect of 4 properties as named in paragraph-5 of the present Petition on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

b) that pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Petition, the Respondents be restrained from proceeding further with the said Tender process and/or accepting any particular Tender of any particular party, being the Tender dated 24th June, 2025 whereby, 4 different properties are sought to be let out on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. c) that interim and ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayer (b) above;

d) that cost of this Petition be provided for;
