Paragraph No.2 of the said order be deleted and corrected as follows:

It appears that there is some dispute in regard to Petitioner No.1's occupation in respect of the tenement in question as it is the contention of Petitioner No.1 that the original tenant of the said tenement was the mother of Petitioner No.1. It is contended that the mother of Petitioner No.1 has been granted 3 new flats. Petitioner No.1 appears to have received the possession of the New Flat No.1004 from his mother. He has several grievances against MHADA as also the Municipal Corporation in regard to the construction.

In para No.3 after the words "Respondent No.6 mother" may be replaced with words "Respondent No.6 Developer and Respondent No.7mother". Mane
