By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking directions to the Respondents to decide the change reports filed by the Petitioner under Section 22 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950 and which change reports are from the year, 2010 onwards till the year 2024. 2.
The parties to the Writ Petition have arrived at a workable arrangement and by consent of parties, the following order is passed : 1/2

ORDER
i) Within a period of two weeks from the date of this order being uploaded, the Respondents shall communicate to the Petitioner, pending compliances, if any, in respect of the Change Reports referred to in prayer clause "(a)" of the Writ Petition.
ii) Within a period of four weeks from receipt of such communication, if any, from the Respondents, the Petitioner shall comply with and satisfy such pending compliances.
iii) Within a period of four months from the satisfaction of the pending compliances, if any, the Respondents shall dispose of the said Change Reports.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. 4.
There shall be no order as to costs.
