We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties on the backdrop of the several earlier orders passed by this Court. We are informed by Mr. Akshay Shinde, learned Counsel appearing for MHADA, that a letter dated 16th December 2025 has already been issued in favour of the Petitioner. A copy of the said letter dated 16th December 2025 is taken on record. 2.

The Petitioner is now required to comply with the necessary formalities, upon which the No Objection Certificate (NOC) shall be issued. Such compliance shall be effected at the earliest so as to enable issuance of the NOC without delay. 3.

In this view of the matter, further adjudication of this Petition is not called for. The Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. All contentions Laxmi

5 WP 2611-25.DOC of the parties are expressly kept open. Needless to observe that upon the Petitioner making the requisite deposit, the NOC shall be issued in favour of the Petitioner at the earliest.
