The Petitions challenge orders dated 28 August 2024 directing payment of 75% of last drawn salaries to the Respondent-workmen from the date of their terminations till final disposal of References. During pendency of the present Petitions, further orders are passed on 2 September 2025, which now directs deposit of 75% of last drawn salaries from the date of termination in the Labour Court rather than the same being paid to the individual workmen. Since order dated 2 September 2025 is passed in continuation of order dated 28 August 2024 it would be appropriate to grant leave to the Petitioner to amend the Petitions so as to incorporate challenge to the orders dated 2 September 2025.

Accordingly, leave granted to incorporate factual assertions, grounds and prayer clause in respect of order dated 2 September 2025 passed on Application at Exhibit U-9. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week. Amended Petitions shall be served on the learned counsel appearing for Respondent-workmen. Reverification is dispensed with.

Leave is also granted to bring on record legal heirs of Respondent No.1 in Writ Petition No.2651 of 2025. 4.
List the Petitions for final hearing on 27 January 2026 at 4.30 p.m.

Interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date of hearing.
