The Petitioner prays for a direction to Respondent No.2 - Tahasildar, Borivali and Respondent No.3 -Talathi, Kandivali to enter the names of the Petitioner and Respondent No.1 in the revenue records of the property, viz., Survey No.12/22, 30/22, 30/18, 30/20, 30/01, 30/14, 32/05, 34/12, 34/16, 34/19, 34/14, 35/10, 35/20 situated at Village Charkop, Tal. Borivali.

Learned AGP for Respondent Nos.2, 3, 4 and 5-State submits that sofar as the three properties at Item Nos.6, 7 and 14 of the Will, which is at Page No.31 of the Petition, is concerned, there are some impediments. MMP

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that these impediments have not been brought to the notice of the Petitioner by Respondent Nos.2 and 3.

In this view of the matter, we direct Respondent No.2 to decide the representation made by the Petitioner, which is at Page No.51 of the Petition, on its own merits. If there are any impediments in entering the names of the Petitioner and Respondent No.1 in the revenue record, the same shall be intimated to them. After giving an opportunity to the Petitioner to rectify and comply with the said deficiencies and depending on the explanation, that is offered by the Petitioner, Respondent No.2 to proceed to decide the representation. The said representation to be decided within a period of 8 weeks from 20th August 2025. The Petitioner to appear before Respondent No.2 on 20th August 2025 at 11.00 a.m. along with copy of this order.
