The only prayer as made in this petition is that the application dated 9 April 2025 made by the petitioner to respondent No.2 - Competent Authority-3 of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority be taken up and decided. 2.

Considering the nature of the order we propose to pass, in our opinion, although respondent No.2 is not represented, no prejudice would be caused to respondent No.2. We are thus inclined to dispose of this petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's application dated 9 April 2025 as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of three months from the day a copy of this order would be presented before respondent No.2. 3.

All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 4.

We also clarify that we have not examine any other issues and such order is also no expression on the merits of the rival contentions. 5.
